Team Foundation Server 2010 Implemented at Client Site

After a couple of months of planning, implementation, and tuning, I managed to successfully install Team Foundation Server 2010 at my client. The use of TFS is a huge step forward for my client. Although we had source control and issue tracking already in place, they were implemented using tools that were from separate vendors and didn’t communicate with each other. Team Foundation Server’s integrated environment offers a centralized location for our users, team members, and managers to review project progress and to store artifacts for the project. In addition, we were manually generating the builds, so the build service feature is also a great feature for my client. My client is looking forward to working with the product set and I will post our findings as we progress.
